Payment plans

We offer payment plans specifically for big drops that fall before payday, so our customers don't miss out on popular items. Payment plans are only active for these drops - at other times, you can use the Clearpay option to split your payment into four instalments. 

When a payment plan is available, you can enter the code HELPINGHAND at the checkout which will reduce the cost of your order - this is your 20% deposit, and it must be paid upfront. Deposits are non-refundable. 

Once you've paid your deposit, we will set your items aside and send you an invoice via Paypal for the remaining 80% of your order. The due date will be the 1st of the following month. You can pay your invoice any time on or before the due date, and your order will be sent the same or next day. 

If you do not pay your invoice by the due date, we will release the items back for sale and retain your 20% deposit. If a missed payment is a genuine error please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort this for you. 

Please use the email address connected to your Paypal account when checking out with a payment plan, so we can send your invoice via Paypal. 

The prices on your initial transaction are binding and will remain the same, even if the items go into the sale or are reduced in any way.

No other discount codes can be used alongside a payment plan. 

You can return items from your payment plan in line with our refunds policy, within 30 days of receiving your items.
